- What does the hotel need to improve?  la administracion ya que fui en dos oportunidades y me dieron habitaciones ocupadas por otros pasajeros. y despues me quisieron arreglar con un desayuno, que obviamente no utilice. Lamentable ya que perdieron un cliente. Es mas, cuando fui la segunda vez le recorde lo acontecido en la primera estadia y vuelve a suceder. Atte.-
