- What is the best feature of the hotel? o café da manhã e o rapaz q leva as malas nos apartamentos (ele até é nordestino, muito simpático e educado)....

Em várias coisas principalmente nos recepcionistas, a q nos atendeu (uma bem forte, branca de cabelos ruivos) foi bastante displicente, fomos nos informar quanto o uso da internet, ela estava no telefone e jogando paciência e quase não nos atendeu ... a roupa de cama e banho está muito velha, bem fininha, isso é horrível.. os banheiros tb estão precisando de uma reforminha, estão muito antigos..

- What does the hotel need to improve? Receber por um serviço e oferecer o serviço efetivamente pago. Durante minha estadia paguei por um quarto triplo e foi jogado em um duplo onde meu filho teve que dormir no chão.
